The Your Path program takes a “full body systems” approach to nutrition—everything is connected, we are all unique, and all things matter. With a functional nutrition framework, we will not only explore macronutrient targets to support body recomposition, but will also make lifestyle and micronutrient shifts to help you feel your best at any stage of life. Our initial session will include a thorough intake, taking a deep dive into your health and diet history, and discussing your main goals moving forward. After two weeks of recording and reflecting on your current habits, we will create an individualized plan that works with your goals and lifestyle. Using the Practice Better platform, you will have open access to communicate with me any questions or concerns that may come up day to day. Personal recipe collections/meal plans are included if you are interested. Also included is an in person meeting every four weeks to make any necessary adjustments to your plan. For body recomposition goals, we will use an InBody scanner to measure progress. You will also receive a weekly check in and weekly data report through Practice Better.
