Fad diets and “quick fixes” for weight loss may work for a short period of time, but they are rarely plans that you can stick with for a long time and often lead to yo-yo dieting. My goal is to design a path with you that you can stay on for the long run—we will create good habits that start to come naturally with practice, help you grow in all aspects of health, and fit your lifestyle.

All people have vastly different life experiences, we use our time in different ways throughout each day, and we have varying health concerns that affect our well-being and how our body responds to food. Every individual needs their own set of standards to best achieve their health goals. The Your Path program takes into account all aspects of deep health to find the most useful tools to help you feel and look your best.
